Gentle/Beginner Class If you have not taken a yoga class, have little experience with yoga or simply want to enjoy a gentle practice, this class is perfect for you. One hour class includes yogic breathing, meditation, asanas (yoga postures) and relaxation.

Slow Flow By moving in a very slow continuous movement you build strength, metabolism and flexibility. The emphasis on slowly transitioning between poses linked with the breath trains the mind to be present, taking your awareness deeper. A familiarity with yoga poses will make the class more beneficial to you.

Strength and Balance Bring strength & balance to both your body and your mind in this class. Starting off slowly and building towards positions that help build strength, focus and balance. And then winding down with a restorative savasana. If you're looking to build on your practice, this is a great way to start.

Vinyasa Flow A peaceful, yet vigorous, vinyasa yoga practice that focuses on flowing through basic poses, maintaining them with proper alignment, moving with the breath and finding stillness in the postures. A traditional Hatha yoga class combined with elements of Zen Buddhism. All levels welcome.

Mixed Level
This class connects your breath to your movement, opening your mind, body and spirit to the flow of grace. You can expect sun salutations to warm up the large muscle groups to increase strength and flexibility. Expect to be challenged yet nurtured while discovering your unique edge. This class will teach proper alignment to keep you safe in your body while working the areas each pose is intended to work. Seeking perfection leads to suffering and disappointment, embrace your imperfections as you flow with your unique breath to express your true self. Open to all levels, modifications will be offered.

Restorative yoga is a very slow form of yoga. Holding less asanas for longer periods of time while allowing our bodies and minds to rest, relax, and melt into the present moment. Students may want to bring blankets, bolsters and pillows to enhance their experience. Adding the crystal singing bowls to this class adds an extra level of healing, as the frequencies of the bowls aid our bodies into a restful state. Allowing our bodies space to heal. All levels of practice are welcome.

Mixed Level Flow is a slow to moderately paced movement through different yoga postures. The class emphasis is on developing core strength and proper alignment, synching your movement to your breath as you create space for yourself and off the mat. All levels welcome

Yoga Sculpt for Seniors blends the best of yoga with gentle strength training to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your body. We’ll combine traditional yoga poses with light hand weights and bodyweight movements to build muscle tone, improve balance, and increase endurance. Movements can be done standing or from a chair—no need to get down on the floor. You’ll move through multiple sets at a comfortable pace, giving your muscles the chance to wake up and work together. Whether you're looking to enhance your fitness, support your daily activities, or simply have fun moving your body, this class will leave you feeling powerful and inspired.

Mindful Movement & Meditation This calming class begins with time to settle into the space, bringing movement with slower deep stretching and body mindfulness designed to release tension and deepen awareness in the body. Slow, intentional stretching and breath-focused practices support your nervous system in shifting from stress to ease. We'll move into a simple, guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness, followed by restorative relaxation to leave you feeling grounded and renewed. This class is a beautiful way to wind down from your day—whether you're stepping off a busy schedule or simply seeking quiet connection. Open to all levels—from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Root & Rise A Slow Practice of Reverence and Renewal. A midweek breath grounded, nourished, and awakened to the quiet beauty of being. Root & Rise is a gentle, embodied flow that invites you to move slowly, breathe deeply, and return to yourself with reverence. Through this intentional practice we’ll explore subtle embodiment, somatic awareness, and deep presence — making space to listen, soften, and settle inward. Think sacred slowness. Earthy stillness. The breath that bridges body and soul. Come rooted in who you are. Leave nourished and deeply at home in yourself.

Move & Restore This class begins with an energizing, breath-led flow of yoga poses to awaken and strengthen the body. We’ll close with a few grounding postures to leave you centered and calm. A balanced way to move into your day with clarity and ease. All level welcome.

Shake the Dust This is a down-to-earth class open to all levels and bodies. The Winter Edition offers a slower, more intentional rhythm — attuned to the season of restoration, supporting our nervous systems, and inviting deep presence and deep rest. What can be better than a slow invitation to breathe, move, rest and then go home for a Winter's Night of Sleep?! We Rest in Mo(ve)ment.
